1. Introduction Trulli Holdings, LLC (doing business as “Trulli AI” and operating Trulli.ai) (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. We are an AI-powered data and funding infrastructure SaaS company that uses artificial intelligence to help companies process data to assist in their investment and funding processes.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal and business information when you use our websites, software, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
2. Data We Collect We collect information you provide directly to us, information from third parties, and information automatically collected via your use of the Services.
Identity & Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number, physical address, and business entity details.
Business & Financial Data: Company revenue data, bank statements, credit reports, tax documents, and other funding-related documents you upload for analysis.
AI Input Data: Information contained in prompts, queries, or documents you submit to our AI funding engine for analysis.
Technical Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and usage analytics (e.g., pages visited, time spent).
3. How We Use Your Data We use your data for the following specific business purposes:
Service Delivery: To operate our SaaS platform, authenticate your account, and provide customer support.
AI Analysis: To process your financial data through our AI models to generate funding blueprints, credit analyses, and lender matches.
Facilitating Introductions: To connect you with independent lenders, credit partners, or financial institutions only at your request.

4. Sharing and Subprocessors We may share your information with the following categories of third parties:
Service Providers & Subprocessors: We use trusted third-party vendors for hosting, AI processing, and analytics. These include but are not limited to Supabase (database), Google Cloud Platform (hosting), Auth0 (security), OpenAI, and Anthropic (AI processing). These providers process data only on our instructions and under strict confidentiality agreements.
Lending Partners: We share your business and financial data with third-party lenders only when you explicitly choose to apply for funding or request an introduction.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Trulli, our users, or the public.
Corporate Transactions: If Trulli is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. SMS and Communication Consent By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) from Trulli AI regarding your account, funding updates, or marketing offers.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
6. Referral Transparency Trulli may, on occasion, receive a referral fee, commission, or marketing compensation from certain lenders or service providers when users voluntarily choose to engage with them. All such relationships are disclosed. Trulli’s role is strictly limited to making informational introductions. We do not solicit applications, make credit decisions, or influence independent underwriting outcomes.
7. Cookies & Analytics We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service (e.g., keeping you logged in).

International Transfers Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data to the United States and process it there. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and comparable safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Data Retention We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Customer Records: Retained for the duration of the relationship plus up to 7 years for tax, legal, and compliance purposes.
Prospective Leads: Retained until no longer of business value or until you request deletion.
Aggregated Data: Anonymized or aggregated data used for improving our AI models may be stored indefinitely.

Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten"), subject to our legal retention obligations.

11. Security We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption (SSL/TLS) and access controls, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
12. Non-Refund Acknowledgment (Data Consumption) You acknowledge that our Services involve the immediate digital delivery of proprietary data, analysis, and AI computations. Once you have accessed the platform or generated a report, the data is considered "consumed." While you have rights to delete your data under privacy laws, requesting data deletion does not entitle you to a refund for services already rendered or subscription periods already active.
13. Children's Privacy Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
