We collect and process information to operate our software platforms, generate analytical reports, and connect users with financial and business resources. We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR and CCPA.
Data We Collect and How We Use It
- Identity & Contact Data: Name, email, phone, and address.
- Business & Financial Data: Credit and funding information, company details, documents you upload.

Sharing and Subprocessors
Data may be shared with secure service providers for hosting and analytics (e.g., Supabase, Google Cloud Platform, Auth0, OpenAI, Anthropic).
These providers process information only on our instructions and under data-protection agreements.
We may also share data when required by law, in emergencies, or in connection with corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, reorganization).
International Transfers
Information may be transferred and stored in the United States. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and comparable safeguards for cross-border transfers as required by the GDPR.
Data Retention
- Customer records: retained for the duration of the relationship + up to 7 years for compliance.
- Prospective leads: retained until no longer of business value.
- Aggregated/anonymized data: may be stored indefinitely.
All personal data can be deleted upon verified request, subject to legal requirements.

- Request deletion or portability;

Non-Refund Acknowledgment in Data Transactions
Because our reports, analytics, and SaaS features involve immediate digital delivery and computational resources, all payments associated with the Services are non-refundable once access or output is provided.
This includes: credit or funding analyses, automated reports, AI-generated recommendations, and partner integrations.

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our Services after an update signifies acceptance of the changes.
